KOREAN KICKBOXING


Inspired by Grandmaster CK Choi, a pioneer of Taekwon-do, Korean Kickboxing
emphasises a combination of kicking and punching techniques derived from
Taekwon-do. This discipline merges the precision of Taekwon-do kicks with
dynamic hand combinations, offering a structured approach to developing striking
abilities. Participants are assessed on various aspects, including fitness, stamina,
and proficiency in all striking techniques, such as those involving hands, and feet,
both offensively and defensively, as well as their sparring skills.
Classes are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels and abilities,
with a focus on improving overall fitness, flexibility, core strength, technical skills,
confidence, and self-defence capabilities.
